Device Not Hitting / No Vapor
Check airflow holes: Lint or oil can block them. Gently clear with a pin or paperclip.
Check the mouthpiece: If clogged, warm it in your hand for a few minutes or use a hairdryer on low for a few seconds (don’t overheat).
Battery issue: If rechargeable, plug in for 15–30 minutes. If disposable and the light doesn’t blink when you pull, the battery may be dead.
Harsh Hits or Burnt Taste
Take smaller puffs: Overdrawing can overheat the coil.
Pause between hits: Allows the oil to reabsorb into the wick.
Warm thick oil: In cold conditions, warm the pen gently in your hand or pocket.
Weak Hits / Low Vapor
Low battery: Recharge if possible.
Low oil: Hold upright so oil can reach the coil.
Blocked airflow: Clean intake holes gently with a pin.
Light Blinking but No Smoke
Overheating protection: Let it cool for a few minutes.
Connection issue: Tap the pen lightly in your palm to re-seat the internal connection.
Important Reminders
Don’t insert objects too deeply—can damage the coil.
Don’t apply direct heat (e.g., lighter, oven)—fire risk and ruins oil.
True disposables (no recharge port) can’t be revived once the battery dies.
